Width: 5-19mm, common sizes: 5mm, 9mm, 11mm, 12mm, 15.5mm, 18mm, etc. Width tolerance is generally ±0.5mm (international acceptance standard).
Thickness: Usually between 0.6mm and 1.0mm. Thickness tolerance is generally ±0.05mm.
Breaking Strength: For example, a 12mm wide, 0.6mm thick pure PP strapping belt has a breaking strength > 1000N; a 15.5mm wide, 0.6mm-0.8mm thick pure PP strapping belt has a breaking strength of 1500N-2000N.
Elongation: The elongation of pure PP strapping belt is generally < 20%. This value may vary depending on the raw materials used.
